Job description

Title: Senior Accounts Payable Invoice Processor
Location: Green Bay, WI 54304 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Job Duties:

Job is hybrid: occasional in-office presence for training and other duties, but mostly virtual after training.

Job Summary:

  • Process vendor invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies.

  • Follow up with vendors and internal approvers to ensure timely payments.

  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to supplier inquiries.

  • Handle invoice scanning and mail processing as needed.


Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must exhibit knowledge of AP systems, SAP, Tungsten, and basic accounting.
