Project Manager ServiceNow & Maximo 6 months Remote

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology transformation initiatives across ServiceNow and IBM Maximo platforms within a large, regulated organisation.

You'll be responsible for managing projects ranging from customer service transformation and enterprise system integrations to cloud migration and platform modernisation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technology projects across ServiceNow and IBM Maximo.
• Manage project governance, budgets, plans, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead complex integrations between ServiceNow, Maximo, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive cloud migration and platform de-customisation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong ServiceNow project delivery experience.
• Experience working with IBM Maximo.
• ServiceNow CSM delivery experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, ideally involving SAP.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within complex environments.
• PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or Agile certifications.
