Sr ServiceNow Developer - Our W2 Only - Citizens Only (NO Other Visas)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/CMDB & Configuration Governance Analyst
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in person, based in the Farmington, CT office.

You will be responsible for designing, maturing, and managing processes that support the collection, integration, and reporting of technology health metrics across enterprise applications. This includes ensuring application software and hardware standards are tracked accurately and consistently across systems of record. A core part of this role is working closely with the Application Portfolio Management (APM) team to ensure CMDB data quality, completeness, and CI relationships align to support Cyber and Enterprise Applications robust application health related data & metrics required for reporting. Cyber-related responsibilities include, ensuring M8 data and other required security attributes are properly mapped and maintained within the CMDB while addressing the identification of application ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison across Enterprise Services to support daily Project Surge activities and coordinate M8 data integration into the CMDB.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Services and M8 application owners to ensure M8 security metrics are identified, properly mapped, and supported by accurate CMDB CIs and relationships in alignment with APM processes
• Identify opportunities to update existing ServiceNow catalog items to automate CI relationships and to ensure the CMDB remains a high-fidelity source of truth for security posture.
• Maintain oversight of CMDB mapping governance to ensure CI structures and relationships remain accurate and reliable across ES Application portfolio of apps.
• Lead the design and deployment of dashboards and scorecards to track application technical lifecycle posture, configuration completeness, and key data quality and operational metrics.
• Identify and communicate risks and issues related to configuration integrity or data quality, providing recommendations for mitigation and driving process improvements.
• Support the development, refinement, and reporting of enterprise technical health metrics, ensuring consistent visibility into application health trends, remediation progress, and technical debt posture across the organization

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, configuration management, application portfolio management, or related roles.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CI structures, relationship modeling, and data governance.
• Understanding of the Technology Reference Model (TRM) module in ServiceNow and how software and hardware lifecycle standards are incorporated into enterprise application management.
• Strong cross collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholder groups across the organization.
Experience building or supporting dashboards and scorecards for lifecycle, configuration, or application reporting.
• Some experience or foundational understanding of scripting languages (such as Python or PowerShell) to support automation or data processing activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing SOPs, documentation, and data quality reporting.
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s) or equivalent years of related experience
