Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, LangChain, AWS, and modern cloud-native application development to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across backend development, cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, REST APIs, containerization, and DevOps while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

This role requires someone who can architect scalable solutions, mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices for software engineering and cloud platform design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full-stack applications using Python and AWS.
• Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LangChain and Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks.
• Build secure, high-performance backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop and deploy applications utilizing Amazon S3, RDS, ECS, and other AWS services.
• Integrate applications with Amazon Neptune for graph database connectivity.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Dash and Plotly.
• Design containerized applications using Docker and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Build scalable cloud-native architectures following industry best practices.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth2.
• Ensure application reliability through monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and establish engineering standards.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python application development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and AI/LLM application development.
• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS CloudFormation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Amazon S3, RDS, ECS, and cloud-native application deployment.
• Experience integrating Amazon Neptune or graph databases.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI and RESTful API development.
• Experience with Dash and Plotly for interactive data visualization.
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Familiarity with OIDC, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication flows.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
