Paul Mitchell the School-Nashville is seeking a qualified,energetic and highly motivated Nail Instructor to join our Team! The Nail Instructor’s primary objective is to motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in Customer-Focused service and create rich learning experiences in the classroom and on the clinic floor. You should be forward focused and solution-oriented; with knowledge in theory and state board. We are hiring for full and part-time positions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO

• Runs and maintain all aspects of the clinic floor
• Knowledgeable and experienced in customer-focused services

• Teach and motivate students in the classroom

• Coaches students on work area and client services
• Direct students clinic floor learning, and facilitate mini classes

• Strong Theory and State Board skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fun loving person with a high level of integrity and love’s the education field

Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a school instructor in the nail technician field and knowledge of the beauty industry. Send all resumes through this website.
