The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery problems, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and end your day from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, demonstrating technical skill and excellent member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving ability. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet. • Willingness to work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
