The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Address a variety of issues including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and solutions to members during stressful situations. • Start and finish your shifts from home. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
