Job Description:

1. Procurement Management
   1. Equipment and production tool procurement for the manufacturing line (a detailed list of assets, suppliers, quantities, and required timelines will be provided by Benny).
   2. Purchase order placement.
   3. Order tracking and expediting.
2. Financial Tracking and Controls
   1. Invoice management and monitoring of cash flow commitments.
   2. Coordination with our Controls Lead to help ensure capital expenditures align with approved commitments and forecasts.
3. Project Reporting
   1. Bi-weekly procurement status updates during the first two months.
   2. Transition to weekly status updates thereafter.
