Role Overview

We are looking for experienced US-qualified legal professionals to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on realistic legal work.

The role involves creating, reviewing, and refining expert-level legal tasks and solutions across contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research. You will apply practical legal judgment, work against defined quality rubrics, and incorporate reviewer feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and representative of real legal workflows.

CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 6 weeks

COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

LOCATIONS: Remote, USA

PROCESS: Application form, AI Interview

COMPENSATION: $400/task (10-12h to complete)

Responsibilities

  • Create expert-level legal tasks and reference solutions.
  • Develop tasks across contracts, litigation-support, and legal-research workflows.
  • Review legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability.
  • Identify legal reasoning gaps, ambiguities, and quality issues.
  • Apply project rubrics and evaluation standards consistently.
  • Incorporate calibration and senior-review feedback.
  • Translate complex legal issues into clear, realistic legal tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality work within project requirements and deadlines.
  • 3–8 years of legal practice experience, ideally at Associate level.
  • JD or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Active US bar admission.
  • Strong experience with contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
  • Strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting ability.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal matters and produce practical written outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication.
  • Ability to incorporate structured feedback and work against defined quality standards.
