Clinical Nurse Specialist

• Department/Specialty: Clinical Operations
• Schedule: Day shift  l  Full-time

• Deliver advanced clinical care by establishing high standards of practice and guiding complex patient care interventions across the organization.
• Consult with nursing teams to elevate clinical skills, support professional growth and evaluate care delivery standards.
• Lead clinical research initiatives by managing evidence-based projects and sharing actionable findings to improve patient outcomes.
• Design educational programs that address critical learning needs for staff, patients and families to foster continuous clinical excellence.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
  
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist credentialed from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required and Master's degree required.
