Position Title: Software Engineer Lead

Position Location: Strongsville, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Dallas,TX; Phoenix, AZ . Hybrid 3 days onsite

Duration – 6 months  [ Chances of Extension]
  
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate
Develop ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solution while following best practices.
Work with clients to understand requirements
Offer creative ideas to solve challenges
Communicate technical information to different audiences
Help with writing clear documentation
Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users
Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
Agile development lifecycle - need to understand how the lifecycle works
Ability to develop in Java Script
Must Have Technical Skills:
ServiceNow
ServiceNow product implementations
ITOM Cloud Accelerate experience
Agile Methodologies
JavaScript
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
Ansible development
Python
