The Role • Design, modernize, and develop new systems in support of a growing client base. • Evaluate and integrate technical specifications to create customer-focused engineering solutions. • Contribute to the full system engineering lifecycle, from requirements to deployment. • Leverage technical expertise to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge products. • Collaborate with experienced mentors and technical experts to enhance engineering skills. What You'll Need • 6+ years of experience in engineering on DoD, National Security, or Aerospace programs. • 3+ years of experience in engineering design. • 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects. • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and systems engineering processes. • A Secret security clearance is required. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology. • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire.
