Program & Change Management Manager

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Proven experience in end-to-end Change Management and Program Management within enterprise technology and IT/business environments.

Deep expertise across core change management disciplines: stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, readiness assessment, executive and broad-scale communications, training development, resistance management, and reinforcement strategies.

Strong ability to evaluate the magnitude of organizational changes and recommend targeted, scalable intervention and adoption plans.

Proven track record supporting acquisition integrations, strategic organizational transformations, and enterprise-wide rollouts.

Strong cross-functional collaboration, executive presence, and relationship-building skills across business, technical, and executive stakeholder groups.

Familiarity with sales operations, enablement frameworks, and related platforms/concepts (e.g., Sales Forecasting, Net Dollar Retention/N$R, SLM, CRM reporting).

Experience developing and executing structured Change Agent Networks, enablement plans, and governance frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support one or more strategic initiatives within Adobe Technology Services, partnering with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to execute change plans that minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.

Develop and strengthen relationships with executive sponsors, program teams, and functional partners to plan and execute organizational change seamlessly.

Engage with business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Assess the scope and magnitude of upcoming organizational changes and recommend tailored engagement strategies.

Deliver end-to-end change management workstreams: user identification, impact analysis, readiness evaluations, multi-tier communications, training curriculum design, resistance mitigation, and sustained reinforcement.

Drive continuous improvement by capturing stakeholder feedback and post-implementation lessons learned to refine change management frameworks.

Partner with the Business Change Management (BCM) team, Field Readiness, and Enablement teams to execute deliverables for the Net Dollar Retention (N$R) Program, including:

Change Agent Network:

Review and update all network communications, meeting content, and presentation materials.

Facilitate change network meetings and publish report-outs.

Develop and execute ongoing engagement strategies.

Training Content Review & Updates:

Review and update existing training materials across Sales Enablement, Sales Forecasting, SLM, and Dictionary/Glossary assets.

New Training Material Development:

Support the creation of new enablement documentation and training assets for the Adjustment Tool, Partner Program, and native CRM reporting changes.

Stakeholder Communications:

Author, coordinate, and review phased stakeholder communications for the N$R program lifecycle (Data Clean-up, Dual Reporting, GTM Planning Kickoff, and Release/Sales Comp Summit).
