The Role

• Coordinate daily clinic operations at the reception desk to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, their families, and hospital staff.
• Provide essential administrative support, managing patient-related processes efficiently.
• Meticulously prepare and follow up on patient documentation.
• Assist nursing staff with organizational tasks to optimize their focus on patient care.
• Contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with clinical workflows is advantageous.
• Independent, conscientious work ethic with strong patient orientation and service awareness.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
