Job Overview
Lead the Sales and Demand Chain departments to drive sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and new business development while coordinating with production and other support teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales operations, customer service, pricing, contracts, and new business development. Develop sales strategies, business plans, and departmental performance goals. Manage customer relationships, negotiations, delivery issues, and accounts receivable. Monitor sales profitability, purchasing costs, inventory, labor costs, and transportation expenses. Supervise, train, and evaluate department employees. Coordinate with production, purchasing, and other departments to meet customer requirements.

Maintain customer relationships and communicate with company headquarters in Japan as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Required Qualifications
Sales management and leadership experience. Experience in automotive components, bearings, or a related manufacturing industry. Knowledge of sales, pricing, profitability, and business development. Strong negotiation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management.

Ability to lead teams and coordinate sales and demand chain activities.
