Human Resources Manager/Recruiter

GXM Technologies LLC seeks a part-time Human Resources Manager/Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and core HR operations for a mission-driven defense technology firm. In this hybrid role, you will partner with leadership to define hiring needs, source and assess technical and cleared candidates, manage postings and pipelines, and coordinate offers and onboarding. You'll also support HR compliance, HRIS records, and employee relations while helping strengthen our collaborative, innovation-focused culture that supports complex national security missions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and selection criteria
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across IT and engineering roles
• Manage job postings, pipelines, and candidate communication
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and new-hire documentation
• Support HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
• Maintain HRIS records and recruiting metrics
• Collaborate on employer branding and talent initiatives
• Ensure adherence to federal contracting and security requirements
• Contribute to a positive, mission-driven culture
