Job Description

Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn’t bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn’t valued in your everyday work?

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16.  Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

What We're Offering

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $33-36/hr. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.

Schedule flexibility and time off : Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible schedules! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.

Growth opportunities from the start: We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Leadership opportunities: We're committed to helping therapists build meaningful, long-term careers. Whether your goals include becoming a clinical expert or stepping into leadership, you'll have opportunities to grow. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a therapist, demonstrating our commitment to promoting from within.

Sign-on bonus: Up to $8,000 in bonus!

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision plans for individuals and families, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You Need

  • Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
  • NBCOT certification
  • Colorado DORA COTA license, or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • 5+ years of clinical experience

Equal Employment Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other status protected by law. Woven Care uses e-Verify to authorize eligibility for employment.
