The Role • Replacing and repairing vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Taking on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" to oversee technical matters, ensure adherence to company standards, and manage daily operations. • Providing excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Managing invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conducting quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensuring audit compliance. What You'll Need • A completed trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required skills test or already possess "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and maintain a trusting, peer-to-peer collaboration. What's On Offer • Competitive starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for full-time employment (39 hours/week), with part-time options available. • Additional €300 gross per month operational management allowance, plus supplements for extra responsibilities. • Annual bonus payments including €1,062 gross for vacation and €1,062 gross for Christmas. • 30 days of annual leave, plus additional special leave and the option for a sabbatical.
