Job Description

ServiceNow Engineer (Discovery, CMDB), Hybrid

We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB engineering, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and enterprise asset discovery solutions to design, implement, and optimize configuration management capabilities across complex hybrid environments.

This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; or Phoenix, AZ, requiring 3 days onsite, for a candidate with strong experience in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB architecture, Configuration Management, Service Mapping, cloud discovery, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, enterprise integrations, infrastructure automation, cloud networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall concepts, Windows/Linux environments, and asset management platforms such as JAMF and SCCM/MECM.
