PLM & Engineering Data Engineer (Hardware Startup)

Hysata is seeking a hands-on PLM and data-focused engineer to fix engineering data and systems, working directly with the Director of Mechanical Engineering. You will assess current gaps, determine what is needed, configure the PLM system, build BOM structures, and document control processes for a hardware startup.

You will work across the organization to ensure teams have access to the right tools and secure data sharing with external partners, while contributing to PLM-ERP or PLM-MES
