Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Corvallis, OR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage identification, reporting, and disposition of end-of-life parts for Vision and Compute systems in partnership with Engineering
* Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy, current part requirements, and approved engineering changes are reflected prior to change management activities
* Monitor and process production orders for Vision and Compute system components, collaborating with Planning and Logistics to meet production schedules and customer commitments
* Perform daily inventory inspections, audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
* Plan and lead inventory cycle count activities, including scheduling, inventory freezes, variance investigations, and reporting
* Process SAP Goods Receipt transactions for materials shipped to customers or internal production areas
* Track component purchase orders and follow up on delivery status to support production schedules
* Partner with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and the Corvallis Atlas Warehouse team to verify new parts, resolve material issues, and support on-time deliveries
* Maintain ship readiness documentation with purchase order information and support planning and inventory initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred; Equivalent experience considered
* 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, planning, or related operations roles
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Knowledge of inventory transactions, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material movement processes
* Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions
* Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and effectively communicate inventory, project, and operational status to management
* Experience with Windchill and Service Manager preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
