The Role • Design architectures, system concepts, and specifications for military systems and subsystems. • Guide the development of solutions from initial conception through to full series readiness. • Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary development teams. • Coordinate and implement practical solutions for technical and non-technical development challenges. • Manage and document the required development steps. What You'll Need • Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Science, or a related engineering field. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead teams. • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset, both theoretical and practical. • Several years of experience in system development. • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
