From assessing the operational requirements of new transactions and considering approval requirements, to transaction execution, booking, management and closing. The portfolio administration will be central to the role across loan systems, cash / clearing and interaction with finance. Ensuring transactions are appropriately booked, recorded and managed through your role as an approver. You will help provide oversight of loan administration activities, and take ownership of critical investment data across loan management (LoanIQ) and related platforms.

This position offers significant exposure to a diverse portfolio of investments and the opportunity to work with stakeholders across investment, legal, finance and other specialist teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What you offer

  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within timeframe.
  • Previous leadership, oversight or approval responsibilities within an operations environment.
  • Exposure to fund operations or portfolio management would be advantageous but is not essential.
We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
