Job Description
pay Rate : $50 - 80/hr
- Design, develop, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
- Develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, and C#/.NET.
- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, Azure services, and integration platforms.
- Configure entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business processes.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and other extensions using C#/.NET.
- Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Follow MS development standards and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or related modules.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong development experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, entities/tables, relationships, forms, and business rules.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with Azure services is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- MS Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD and source control using Azure DevOps or Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
