The Role • Execute the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including recalibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume responsibility as "Branch Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing daily operations planning. • Provide consultative and customer-oriented service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the planning and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are maintained. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test or already hold the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language proficiency. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer skills. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trust and collaboration.
