They are seeking an Electrician to join a skilled team working on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact. The Role • Install a variety of cable types and electrical systems, including junction boxes, fuse panels, and transformers. • Perform cable termination and installation of all electrical equipment according to specifications. • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of electrical installations. • Ensure all work strictly adheres to safety and quality standards. • Contribute to building advanced naval vessels, installing the critical systems that power and control them. What You'll Need • Completion of a Modern Apprenticeship (SVQ Level 3) or equivalent trade qualification. • A valid SJIB card. • Experience in marine installations or major industrial environments. • Familiarity with risk assessments, PUWER, COSHH, and safe working requirements. • Ability to read and follow trade drawings and technical instructions. • Proficiency in safe proving-dead procedures and tag-out processes.
