The Role • Provide patient-oriented care, including the planning and implementation of care for ventilated and weaning patients. • Accompany patients in the early stages of rehabilitation using the latest nursing knowledge. • Accurately document patient care using modern IT systems and implement quality management according to national expert standards. • Collaborate interdisciplinarily with various professional groups to ensure holistic patient care. • Guide, advise, and support patients and their families throughout the nursing process. • Participate as a member of the clinic's resuscitation team, contributing to patient safety.
