Job description
Location: Oklahoma City , OK --- Onsite
Duration: 3-6+ months
• Someone to review files on overdue or missing vehicles, research them across 10–12 systems, and decide whether a hold can come off or the vehicle should be escalated as stolen or impounded.
• Volume is about 30–35 files a day. No driving, and they never touch the vehicles.
• Must-haves: fast, accurate typing; basic Excel; juggling several systems at once; attention to detail; a professional manner; customer service background; and the ability to clearly explain to field staff why a hold can't be removed.
• Nice to have: repo vendor, auto auction (she mentioned Manheim) or rental-car experience, or other file or claims review work.
