The Role • Operate, set up, and control rolling and strip processing facilities. • Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions, and assist maintenance teams. • Contribute to the optimization of production processes. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Verfahrensmechaniker or a comparable qualification. • Prior production experience, preferably in an industrial setting. • Strong technical understanding and a keen eye for quality. • Willingness to work shifts and weekends. • A reliable and independent work ethic. • Crane and forklift license is advantageous.
