Bonneville Contracting & Technology Group is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions across our telecommunications, low-voltage, electrical, and managed technology divisions. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales to support clients from initial discovery through project award.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements. Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with engineering and estimating teams. Present solutions and support customers throughout the sales process. Assist with responses to RFPs and bid opportunities. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
2+ years of engineering, technical sales, estimating, or project management experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
Low-voltage systems
Telecommunications and fiber optics
Structured cabling
Networking and IT infrastructure
CCTV, access control, or fire alarm systems
Travel
