Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP / Manufacturing Architect to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP PP expertise, extensive manufacturing process knowledge, and experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end SAP Manufacturing processes.
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects within the Manufacturing workstream.
• Drive PP master data and object migration activities in S/4HANA.
• Conduct client workshops and recommend industry best practices and key design decisions.
• Lead solution architecture from problem definition through design, development, and deployment.
• Create detailed solution designs, architecture, process documentation, and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders and provide architectural guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Support RFx activities, proposals, and sales pursuits when required.
• Contribute to internal Centers of Excellence, capability building, and organizational initiatives.
• Lead architecture and design reviews and provide guidance to project teams.
• Support client training and business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 18+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PP / Manufacturing expertise.
• Multiple SAP PP implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong SAP PPDS experience.
• Mandatory SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience.
• Strong SAP PM experience.
• Proven experience in SAP Manufacturing transformation and solution architecture.
• Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
