  • Develop and maintain standard deployment configurations, implementation templates, site-readiness checklists, migration playbooks, and transition documentation to support repeatable acquisition and integration processes.

  • Travel to practice and corporate locations to oversee implementations, resolve transition issues, validate company-standard configurations, and provide onsite technical leadership.

  • Provide technical direction to managed service providers, internet carriers, cabling providers, equipment vendors, migration vendors, and implementation partners.

  • Maintain site diagrams, inventories, circuit information, network documentation, configuration baselines, migration records, and operational handoff materials while providing technical guidance to Systems Administrators and IT Support Analysts.

  • Demonstrated experience leading acquisitions, practice transitions, infrastructure migrations, site integrations, or multi-location technology deployments.

  • Experience assessing Microsoft 365 tenant environments and executing migrations involving Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, domains, identities, licensing, and related data.

  • Experience conducting technical site assessments and converting findings into remediation plans, project scopes, equipment requirements, migration plans, and implementation schedules.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, network segmentation, internet circuits, and secure remote access.

  • Experience coordinating internet carriers, cabling providers, managed service providers, equipment vendors, migration vendors, and onsite resources.
