The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for technical and operational matters within the service center.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and manage daily operational planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle return, including administrative tasks like invoicing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade and several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist).
• Willingness to obtain a specialist certification or already hold a qualified management certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good command of the German language, with proficiency in PC applications.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively as part of a team, and foster trust.
