Job Description\n Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting. \n\n\n \n\n\n Salary: $35- $45/ per hour \n\n\n \n\n\n Open Days: Tues Thurs 7a-7p\n\n\n Open Nights: Tues, Saturday 7p-7a\n\n\n Responsibilities:\n • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.\n

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. \n • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. \n • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.\n
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned. \n Qualifications:\n
• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.\n
