- Experience with Microsoft Defender / Microsoft security tools
- Knowledge of PKI, certificates, and Windows authentication
- Experience with AD migration/consolidation projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or similar IAM technologies
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and change management processes
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Active Directory administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft identity infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
