• Experience as a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer
• Agile development experience (Scrum/SAFe)
• Strong experience in Java development
• Object-oriented design principles
• Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Active TS/SCI (CI or FS Poly is accapted and prefered) Sr. Principal Software Engineer Bachelor’s + 6+ years experience (OR Master’s + 7 years | OR PhD | OR 4 additional years in lieu of degree) Same technical expectations as above with deeper experience and leadership capability Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
• Additional languages: C++, C, Python, JavaScript
• Experience in AWS / Cloud environments
• Linux expertise (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred)
• Docker / Kubernetes (containerization)

• DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• System integration, test, and deployment (automation a plus)
