The Opportunity

We're seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a talented engineering team building complex SaaS products that power critical customer operations. You'll bring technical depth, agile discipline, and a modern leadership approach that balances structure with creativity.

This role is ideal for someone who has moved from senior development into leadership, enjoys mentoring engineers, and can translate technical strategy into delivery results. You'll help refine architecture, improve sprint cadence, and embed engineering best practices across the stack.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team of full stack engineers.
• Own sprint planning, estimation and delivery cadence.
• Maintain quality through code reviews, testing, and process improvement.
• Guide architecture and design decisions across Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.
• Partner closely with product and delivery teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and automation.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and positive engineering culture.

• Significant leadership experience, hands on capability and a strong development background.

• Hands on technical fluency with ability to mentor and support developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and non technical teams.
• Curiosity for new tools, automation, and AI assisted development.
