Job Description

We are looking for a Click House Support Engineer to provide day-to-day operational support for reporting and analytics workloads. The engineer will work closely with business users, report owners, and platform teams to ensure high availability, operational stability, and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide L1/L2 support for Click House-based reporting solutions.

·       Support dashboard onboarding and report maintenance activities.

·       Monitor platform health and report performance.

·       Investigate report failures and user-reported incidents.

·       Validate data refresh and report accuracy.

·       Coordinate escalations with platform SMEs.

·       Support platform monitoring and operational governance.

·       Assist in performance testing and validation activities.

·       Maintain support documentation and operational procedures.
