Position: Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite – Local candidates)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Cloud, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Experience Cloud solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) or Aura templates based on performance, scalability, and SEO requirements.

• Design secure solutions using External Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing.

• Define and implement branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud deployments.

Development

• Develop high-performance, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.

• Configure Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS to deliver personalized digital experiences.

• Build scalable automation using Headless Flows, Flow Builder, and Asynchronous Apex to support high-volume external users.

• Follow Salesforce development best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

Data & Integrations

• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer profiles and 360-degree customer experiences.

• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP systems, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.

• Ensure seamless data synchronization and secure integration across platforms.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards, governor limit compliance, and architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Present technical strategies and solution roadmaps to leadership.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Aura frameworks.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.

• Strong understanding of External Identity, SSO, and Apex Managed Sharing.

• Experience developing REST/SOAP API integrations and using Named Credentials.

• Proficiency with Flow Builder, Headless Flows, and Asynchronous Apex.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git branching strategies, and Salesforce deployment best practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
