The Role

• Perform repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical issues, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Advise and support customers with excellent service from order placement to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master automotive mechatronic technician, automotive mechatronic technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required examination for operations management or already hold the qualification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
