Outsourcing Enablement Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Outsourcing Enablement Manager in Brooklyn, NY.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Enablement Manager to drive training, knowledge management, and operational readiness initiatives for distributed support teams. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop impactful learning programs, optimize knowledge resources, and improve team performance in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, learning and development, knowledge management, quality, or program management
• Experience supporting Risk and Fraud, Trust and Safety, Compliance, Payments, or similar operational functions
• Strong background leading cross-functional programs from strategy through execution
• Experience creating and maintaining training content, knowledge bases, and learning resources
• Familiarity with LMS, knowledge management, and content authoring tools
• Ability to analyze operational and performance data to drive continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
