The Role

• Act as a cashier and/or stocker, taking a lead role in the absence of store management.
• Assist with merchandise stocking, display setup, and maintaining store presentation according to plan-o-grams.
• Provide exemplary customer service, greeting customers and assisting them with locating products.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and deposit preparation in managerial absence.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping and working environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to maximize profitability and minimize losses.

What You'll Need

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures, deposit control, and register operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices to maintain a secure environment.
• Ability to read and follow visual merchandising guides (plan-o-grams).
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
