The Role

• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and team leadership.
• Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for all sales floor and backroom operations.
• Manage incoming goods, product display, and freshness checks.
• Handle cashier duties and support with inventory and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need
