Registered Nurse (Psychosomatics / Co-Therapy) | Lichtenfels, Germany | On-site We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join a leading healthcare facility specializing in psychosomatics, orthopedics, and neurology. The Role • Co-therapeutic patient support through structured and supportive conversations, crisis interventions, and medically-nursing care. • Planning and leading group sessions, incorporating naturopathic treatments like acupuncture, compresses, and aromatherapy. • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. • Undertaking administrative tasks within the ward and supporting patient case management. • Participating in projects and contributing to the department's internal training and development initiatives. What You'll Need • Completed training as a certified nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse or Geriatric Nurse) with several years of professional experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry. • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic conditions. • High social competence and effective communication skills. • Reliable, dedicated, and team-oriented work ethic, both independently and within an interdisciplinary team. • Experience with modern hospital information systems and a willingness to engage in further training, particularly in co-therapy.
