Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Application Development and AWS Cloud Technologies to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cloud architects to define technology roadmaps, modernize applications, and drive cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging modern application architectures and AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy applications to AWS.
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architecture implementations.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities.
• Develop high-level and low-level design documentation.
• Ensure security, compliance, availability, and disaster recovery requirements are incorporated into solutions.
• Mentor developers and engineering teams on architecture best practices and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong background in enterprise application development and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architecture.
• Expertise in designing scalable web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
