Job Title: Junk Route Sales Driver

Pay: $20–$28/hr average compensation (base pay + Profit Share + Tips)

• 17 base
• Profit share (commission per job)
• Tips (cash or card)

Job Type: Full-time | 5 days/week | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Interact with customers and explain services/pricing
• Identify opportunities to increase sales
• Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Work alongside a fun, hardworking team
• Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred

• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21+
