Healthcare Project Manager With FHIR

· 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or related roles.

· Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.

· Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional technology programs simultaneously.

· Strong experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.

· Deep experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning, backlog management, release planning, and delivery tracking.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, and modern engineering practices.

· PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.

· Experience with Azure Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data modernization programs.

· Experience supporting healthcare interoperability and regulatory initiatives.

· Knowledge of:

o FHIR

o CMS Reporting Requirements

o HEDIS

o Healthcare Data Exchange Standards

· Experience leading healthcare technology or healthcare data initiatives.

· Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, data lakes, cloud data platforms, and large-scale analytics programs.

· Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data integration, and data management principles.

· Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting.

· Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
