We are seeking a skilled Metalworker for a well-established metal construction company with its own manufacturing facility and a strong local presence. This is a permanent, full-time role to strengthen their production team.

The Role

• Manufacturing metal and steel structures according to technical drawings and production documents
• Cutting, drilling, bending, and straightening metal components
• Performing welding (e.g., MAG, WIG, depending on qualification)
• Assembling components and structures in the workshop or on regional construction sites
• Conducting precise measurements, quality checks, and post-processing of manufactured parts
• Contributing to custom fabrications and unique client projects

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a Metalworker, Construction Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in metal or steel construction is desirable
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
• Welding skills are an advantage but not essential
• Manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a precise working method
• Ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills, and reliability
• German language skills for work instructions and documentation
