The Role

• Engage customers with knowledgeable advice on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items.
• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of products, showcasing a keen eye for detail.
• Independently create specialty items according to established recipes.
• Ensure exceptional product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming and efficient atmosphere at the fresh food counter.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or food retail sales assistant with a focus on butchery.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and a passion for the retail sector.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work within a shift system, including Saturdays.
