D365 CRM Senior Technical Architect - 1 Year Contract - Inside IR35 - London

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Senior Technical Architect to lead technical solution delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. In this role, you'll own end-to-end technical architecture and design, lead a technical team, and work closely with business stakeholders across blueprinting, solutioning, and delivery on transformation and migration programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, taking complete ownership of technical solutioning and design
• Participate in blueprinting sessions to understand business requirements and propose technical fitment, conducting fit/gap analysis and identifying technical solutions for gaps
• Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customisations, integrations, and data migration
• Provide guidance to development and testing teams, review code and functional test cases, and lead the technical team
• Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements, and support customer site travel as required

What You Will Ideally Bring

• Proficiency across CRM functional areas, Sales Automation, Field Service Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configuration, customisation development, integrations, and Power Platform development
• Strong expertise in Azure services, core .NET technology, and the wider Power Platform stack, Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, SQL Server
• Solid grounding in architecture and design patterns and best practices within Microsoft technologies, with expertise in both manual and automated deployment
• Desirable, Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert), onsite-offshore delivery experience, and prior CRM Technical Architect experience across 3+ projects
